Refund policy

At NanoTint Auto, we strive to provide high-quality smart tint products and excellent customer service.

Returns

Due to the custom and electronic nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The item is defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will review the claim and provide a replacement if approved.

Installation Issues

Improper installation is not covered under our return policy. We strongly recommend following our installation guide and training materials before installation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed products
  • Custom-cut products
  • Opened electronic components
  • Products damaged by improper installation
